These heavy-duty workhorses feature our
SPIR’ATOR prestressed power spring and are available in 50ft, 75ft and 100ft lengths. Every ML-2930 and ML-3416 model comes equipped with an internal retraction brake designed to limit the retraction speed of the cable between 2-7 ft/sec.
Our patented latch mechanism holds the cable at any desired length. It takes only a slight tug on the cable to release the latch.
Housings are zinc-coated steel with a baked-on MIL-SPEC finish and sealed with a gasket to protect the internal components. These heavy duty reels are life cycle tested to 5,000 cycles and all bearing surfaces are permanent, self-lubricating.
Operating Temperature Range: -65ºF to 125ºF (-54ºC to 52ºC). Storage Temperature Range: -80ºF to 160ºF (-62ºC to 71ºC). Maximum electrical resistance between end clamp and housing is 10 Ohms.
